What DLC list are you referring too? This is the answer, apparently, because now I see 'Buy Bendy and the Ink Machine: Complete Edition' as the only option on the store page. If you did update the game, it should already be in there when you go to start it up. There's no longer DLC for the game, as it was added to the base game.
